• Business name, ABN, industry, and time in business
• Financial information such as monthly revenue, loan amount requested, GST registration status, and details of existing loans or facilities
• Credit profile information you provide to us
• Property and security details (for secured loan enquiries)

• Marketing attribution data including UTM parameters and advertising click identifiers (e.g. fbclid, gclid)

• Government agencies and regulatory bodies, as required or permitted by law
• Professional advisers, including legal, accounting and auditing advisers
• Any person or entity considering acquiring an interest in our business or assets

Some of the service providers we use to operate our website and services may store data outside Australia. As at the date of this policy, your personal information may be disclosed to recipients in the United States of America.

FundingCheck does not provide consumer credit. However, we may use consumer credit information to assess your suitability for referral to our lending partners.

The credit reporting bodies we may use include:

• Illion — illion.com.au
• CreditorWatch — creditorwatch.com.au

You have the right to request that a credit reporting body does not use your credit reporting information for pre-screening of direct marketing offers. You can also request that they not use or disclose your information if you believe you are a victim of fraud. Contact the credit reporting bodies directly using the details above.

Personal information is stored in electronic files hosted in Australia or the United States. We take reasonable steps to protect your information using measures including:

• TLS 1.2+ encryption for data in transit
• Encrypted storage at rest
• Access controls and authentication
• Regular security assessments and monitoring
• Staff training and confidentiality agreements

We retain personal information as follows:

• Enquiry and application records: 7 years from the date of your enquiry
• Marketing preferences: until you withdraw consent or opt out

There is no fee for making an access request, although reasonable processing costs may apply.

We may contact you with information about products and services that may be of interest to you. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by:

• Following the unsubscribe instructions in any marketing email you receive from us
