The Website is operated by FundingCheck (“we”, “us”, “our”).

FundingCheck helps Australian businesses explore indicative funding options. We collect information through our online qualification form, show you indicative options, and pass your enquiry to the lender that assesses your application.

The options shown on this Website are not credit decisions or offers. We do not provide financial product advice, credit advice, or recommendations. Any information displayed on this Website (including indicative rates, loan amounts and terms) is general in nature and does not take into account your personal objectives, financial situation or needs.

You should consider seeking independent financial advice before making any financial decisions.

The Website and our services are intended for use by Australian businesses and their authorised representatives. By using the Website, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are an Australian resident or operate a business registered in Australia
• If you are submitting an enquiry on behalf of a business, you are authorised to do so

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when using our qualification form. Providing false or misleading information may result in your enquiry being declined by the lender.

We reserve the right to verify any information you provide and to decline to process an enquiry at our discretion.

Completing our qualification form does not guarantee that you will receive a loan offer, approval, or any particular outcome. All lending decisions are made by the lender at its sole discretion, subject to its own eligibility criteria, credit assessment processes and terms.

Indicative rates, amounts and terms displayed on this Website are estimates only and are subject to change without notice. Final rates, fees and terms are determined by the lender upon full credit assessment.
